RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING ACCEPTANCE OF DEED OF DEDICATION
FOR PUBLIC HIGHWAY - DOREEN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on September 30, 2013, the Board was presented with a Deed of Dedication to
the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, from Doreen Development Corporation, 1635 East Layton Drive, Englewood, Colorado,
80113, with terms and conditions being as stated in said Deed of Dedication, and
WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to October 7, 2013, to
allow additional time to review the matter in a work session, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to refer said Deed of Dedication, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, back to the County
Attorney's Office for additional review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Deed of Dedication to the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Doreen Development
Corporation, be, and hereby is, referred back to the County Attorney's Office for additional review.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of October, A.D., 2013.
