Machine valuation will increase should repair work be necessary or additional attachments be installed during lease period.

Lessor may, at its option and without notice to lessee, replace the equipment with like equipment.
Failure to purchase the equipment within the period designated, shall operate as a waiver of lessee's
right to do so, but will not otherwise affect lessee's obligations under this agreement.
FINANCE CHARGE:
1.75 % per month for all past due balances over 30 days which is a true annual percentage rate of 21%
TERMS: Net 10 days from Invoice Date.
This lease before becoming effective must be approved by an officer of Lessor, at the home office in Denver, Colorado. I (we) agree to all the
above conditions and the Conditions and Terms of Lease on the reverse side of this agreement which have been read and thoroughly
understood. This lease incorporates all terms and conditions of the Account/Credit Application.
