RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO FEE SCHEDULE CONCERNING OVERHEAD
UTILITY PERMITS IN COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the WeldCounty Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 10th day of December, 1979 , the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolu-
tion concerning the amended fee schedule for the use of county
road rights-of-way, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said fee schedule con-
cerning overhead utility permits as follows:
Overhead Utility Permits in County $25.00/pole - Transaission
Right-Of-Way $10.00/pole - Distribution
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advi-
sable to approve said amendement to the amended. fee schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment to the
amended fee schedule concerning overhead utility permits be, and •
hereby is, approved effective January 1, 1980.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
December, A.D. , 1979.
