RE: APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT OF CERTAIN LEASES, CONTRACTS AND
PERMITS IN RE: WELD COUNTY LANDFILL, INC. , A COLORADO
CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, has previously entered into
certain contracts and agreements with Weld County Landfill, Inc. ,
a Colorado Corporation, in connection with certain certified
solid waste disposal sites in Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the ownership of Weld County Landfill, Inc. , a
Colorado Corporation has now passed to one Ralph Rohweder, and
WHEREAS, the said Ralph Rohweder has requested that Weld
County approve the assignment of certain documents from Weld
County Landfill, Inc. , a Colorado Corporation, to Ralph Rohweder,
according to an assignment attached hereto and made a part of
this Resolution as is fully set forth at this point, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners feels that it
is in the best interest of said County to approve said assign-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the assignment
between Weld County Landfill, Inc. , a Colorado Corporation, as
assignor, and Ralph Rohweder, as assignee, be, and the same is
hereby approved and the Board of County Commissioners is hereby
authorized to sign the Consent to Assignment attached thereto.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th
day of December A.D. , 1976.
