RESOLUTION /
RE: AMENDED SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 43 - JAMES SARGENT ESTATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home

C Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
n WHEREAS, on May 9 , 1977, the Board of County Commissioners

of Weld County, Colorado; did grant Subdivision Exemption No. 43
a to James Sargent, and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
— of County Commissioners that there was a clerical error in the

legal description on the original Subdivision Exemption, and

WHEREAS, said legal description has been corrected to
read as follows, to-wit:
Part of the West Half (Wz) of the Southeast Quarter (SEa) of
Section 30, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner (SE Cor) of said Section 30,
and considering the South line of the Southeast Quarter (SEa)
of said Section 30, as bearing North 89°35'14" West, with all
other bearings contained herein being relative thereto;
Thence North 89°35'14" West, along said South line, 1345.96 feet to
the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing North 89°35'14" West, 1345.97 feet;
Thence North 00°38'38" East, 2648.36 feet;
Thence South 89°32'44" East, 1331.10 feet;
Thence South 00°19'19" West, 2647.37 feet to a point on the South
line of the Southeast Quarter (SEa) of said Section 30, said
point being the True Point of Beginning.
Said described parcel of land contains 81.365 acres, more or less,
including a strip of ground 30 feet in width along the South line
of the SE-1/4 of said Section 30, reserved for County Road #52 right-
of-way purposes and is subject to any rights-of-way or other ease-
ments as recorded by instruments of record or as now existing
on said described parcel of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the amended Subdivision
Exemption for James Sargent, be, and hereby is, accepted as herein-
above set forth.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
