RE: APPROVAL OF CORRECTION OF RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 367 - JOHN
SHEPARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public meeting held
on the 31st day of January, 1979 in the Chambers of the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that a cer-
tain parcel of land, being the property of John Shepard, does
not come within the purview of the definition of the terms, "sub-
division" and "subdivided land" , pursuant to its authority under
Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973, as amended, and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners did approve
Recorded Exemption No. 367, by Resolution, on January 31, 1979
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has been informed by the Weld County Department of
Planning Services, that the aforementioned Recorded Exemption
now needs to be corrected due to an incorrect assessor' s range
and township number assigned on the original Recorded Exemption
Plat. Said assigned number was "0807" , with the correct number
being "0705" .
WHEREAS, said correction will increase the size of Parcel
"A" by . 735 acres, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it advisable and in the best interests of Weld
County to approve said correction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the hereinabove correc-
tion to Recorded Exemption No. 367 for John Shepard be, and
hereby is, approved.

and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
August, A.D. , 1979.

RE : Amendment to Recorded Exemption #367
Dear Commissioners :
The attached application, plat and related materials are in reference
to a request from John Shepard to amend Recorded Exemption #367 . The
property is described as Pt . NE4 Section 6, T7N, R67W of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado . This property is located 2 miles north of
Colorado Highway 14 and 1 mile east of the Larimer/Weld County line.
The request will amend an incorrect assessor ' s range and township
number assigned by the Department of Planning Services on the original
Recorded Exemption Plat. In addition, the request will increase the
size of Parcel A by . 735 acres. The applicant would like to straighten
out the fence lines and square up the property of Parcel B.
Based upon the information submitted, the Department of Planning Ser-
vices Staff recommends approval of this requested amendment since the
impact would not appear to be any different than the original request
which has already been approved.

RE: .735 acreage change on a recorded exemption for John S. Shepard
Dear Sirs:
Enclosed are two surveys showing the change in survey lines to include
an addition of .735 acres in Parcel A of the recorded exemption of January 31 ,
1979. The recorded exemption number was 0807-6-1 -RE 367 on Parcel A and B at
6500 Weld County Poad 086. The original exemption was somehow improperly
recorded with the Planning and Zoning Board, and they requested a change
since I was obtaining the new signed survey from Delgado and Associates.
I request permission to straighten out the fence lines and square up
the property of Parcel B in the recorded exemption. It has been surveyed
as such and if it meets with your approval , I would like to record it as
shown with Parcel B containing 25.737 acres and having its boundaries all
squared rather than aving a slight difference in -Fence lines as nrir,inally
recorded.
We are at present building a house on Parcel B and would like to have
the boundaries and recorded exemption finalized. Thank you .
