Subject: Public Water System Info
Per our discussion today, we only regulate public water systems that serve an average of 25 people, for
at least 60 clays per year.
Based on the information you gave me, your store would not be regulated for a few reasons.
1. The store won't serve more than 25 people per day, for at least 60 days per year.
2. The customers won't have access to the water as there is no public restroom and they won't sell food,
fountain drinks, coffee, ice, or anything else that is made with water.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
