The Assessor's determination of value after review is based on the following: AL01 - Your property has been uniformly valued following Colorado law. Your protest of value has been denied due to comparison of other similar properties which sold during the 2011/2012 time period. The deadline for filing real property appeals is July 15. The Assessor establishes property values.
