AGREEMENT .
In Consideration of the erection of a wagon Bridge over and across
the OGILVY DITCH whornsiskaildmaktrosses County Road No. 65 on section
line between the S.* of Section 1 and the S.* of Section 2, Tp. 5N. , R.
65 West, we the undersigned, hereby agree to pay one third of the cost
of the building of said bridge .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands and seals this
