NOTIFICATION RULES UNDER CONSIDERATION BY THE COLORADO OIL AND
GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION
WI ILREAS. the Board of Trustees of the -town of Pierce. Weld (bunt). Colorado. is
located in an area of oil and gas production. and
WHEREAS. the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (..(.'OG('C.") is
considering the adoption of amendments to current rules and new rules governing setbacks ti►r
oil and gas wells and production facilities. and notification of adjacent property owners on whose
properties residential buildings are located. and
