RE': APPROVAL OF SOCIAL SERVICES COMPENSATORY TIME POLICY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the •
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Eugene McKenna, Director of Social Services, has
requested that the Department of Social Services be allowed to
go to a calendar month rather than working under their present
work week system in an effort to reduce the compensatory time
hours that are accumulated, and
WHEREAS, the State Department of Social Services has ap-
proved said change, and
WHEREAS, said plan, if approved, would be effective Sept-
ember 1, 1979 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it ad-
visable to adopt said compensatory time policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Eugene
McKenna, Director of Social Services, as hereinabove mentioned
be, and hereby is , approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day Of
August, A.D. , 1979.
