ICCS has been awarded 15 beds by the DOC contingent upon your review and approval to allow ICCS this additional use at the facility. The Weld County Community Corrections Board reviewed this request and they recommend your approval but under certain conditions. At the Work Session, these conditions were discussed and considered. Enclosed in your materials is a DRAFT letter, outlining these conditions. This matter now comes before you for your final review and approval. Representatives from ICCS and/or the Community Corrections Board may be present and may want to give testimony on this request. Thank you. 2013-1624 Hello
