place in 2013 for the Baja Broadband cable system serving your community.
The enclosed notice contains details of these upcoming changes and is being sent to all
customers impacted.

Dear Valued Customer,
Baja Broadband's local service team has remained committed to providing you with industry -leading cable
television programming, high-speed Internet and reliable, affordable residential telephone services. We are
grateful to you for allowing us to provide you with the best telecommunications services in your area and will
continue working to enhance our offerings and services throughout 2014.
In 2013, Baja Broadband improved the variety and quality of services available in your area. For instance, we
expanded your TV programming by adding Sprout and Hallmark Movie Channel and we continued to be the
market leader in high-speed Internet, offering speeds up to 100Mbps!
In 2014, we will be launching the "TV Everywhere" platform which will allow you to be able to enjoy TV
programming online, regardless of where you are. We plan to upgrade our technology offerings to provide
you increased value and more options, like whole -home DVR service. We will also be adding more Sports and
Latino channel options for you to choose from. Finally, we will be introducing the following High Definition and
Standard Definition channels:

Baja's convenient "Go Green" initiative can save you time and money by sending a secure monthly bill to your
email address. This option is completely free of charge. Paper invoicing is still available, however a charge
may apply. Email us at gogreen@bajabb.tv to sign up for this free service or visit the retail center nearest you
for more information.
As promised, Baja has delivered improvements in all areas of your service, while taking significant steps to
control costs and improve the efficiency of our operations. Despite these measures, costs for programming
and operations support have continued to rise and as a result, we must make the following rate adjustments,
effective January 1, 2014*:

*Increases will be reflected on all apprcable services on a monthly basis, effective January 1, 2014. If you are currently under a
short-term promotional rate, for 1- 2- o 3 -months, these adjustments will not go into effect until your promotional period ends. All
Baja Broadband rates/fees are subject to applicable government and state taxes.
Any services not listed in the above chart will not receive an increase in price this year, which includes Baja
Broadband's home phone service.
We appreciate your choice in selecting Baja Broadband as your telecommunications provider. You can always
count on Baja Broadband local staff members to deliver the very best customer service and value in cable
television, high-speed Internet and residential phone service at our area's most affordable prices.

TV Everywhere and whole -home DVR service may not be available in all areas. To make room for new channels, some current channels, or other new
channels, will be moving to our digital service tier and will require a digital set -top box for viewing.
