RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended, and the Board deems it advisable to appoint
Anthea Carrasco to said board as the Law Enforcement representative, replacing Anthony
Perea, with a term to expire November 1, 2015, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Anthea Carrasco be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, with a term to expire on November 1, 2015.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21 day of January, A.D., 2013.
