RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Tom Beach be appointed on said board as
the Fire Zone B representative replacing Phil Tiffany, with a term to expire December 31, 2015,
(backdated effective March 21, 2013), and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Scott Wagner be appointed to said board as
the Fire Zone C representative replacing Mark Lawley, with a term to expire December 31, 2013
(backdated to March 21, 2013), and
WHEREAS, the Board deems these appointment to said board to be advisable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Tom Beach and Scott Wagner, be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Regional Communications Advisory Board, with terms backdated to March 21, 2013, and
set to expire on December 31, 2015, and December 31, 2013, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 26th day of June, A.D., 2013.
