Re: Concerning SFY 2012-2013 Year End Closing of Allocation Expenditures from
the Colorado Division of Criminal Justice
Enclosed is notification from the Colorado Department of Public Safety, Division of Criminal
Justice (DCJ) of final expenditures owed to Weld County for the delivery of community
corrections services under the master contract with the DO. The amount owed and to be paid
to Weld County of $162,551.72 reflects (intended) utilization of services beyond the original
contract amount this past state fiscal year.
Recommend acceptance of funds. Justice Services has made the necessary adjustments to its
budget tracking and has informed community corrections vendor ICCS of additional funds
allocated. No further action is needed by the Board.

payable to your board for final expenditures for FY12-13 and adjust your contract to reflect
the over -expenditure.
