RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF ED CLARK TO COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Community Corrections Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ed Clark be appointed to said board as the
Citizen representative, to replace Ed Phillipsen.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Ed Clark be, and hereby, is appointed to the Community
Corrections Board, with a term to expire August 1, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 9th day of September, A.D., 2013.
