RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO 911 EMERGENCY
TELEPHONE SERVICE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Phil Tiffany be appointed to said board as the
Fire Protection — County Appointee, Mitch Wagy be reappointed to said board as the Emergency
Medical Service — County Appointee, and Steven Reams be reappointed to said board as the
Sheriff's Appointee, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Phil Tiffany, and to reappoint Mitch
Wagy and Steven Reams, all with terms to expire January 12, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the aforementioned persons be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed to the 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board, all with terms to expire
January 12, 2015.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 2zndday of April, A.D., 2013.
