Britton Road, Suite 103, Oklahoma City, OK 73120, hereinafter referred to as Assignor, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, transfer, assign and convey unto Chesapeake Exploration, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, P.O.
