ROAD PETITION.
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld. Countyl County, Colo.
GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the
public require a County wagon road to be laid out as,follows, to-wit: Commencing at the SW corner of
Section ( 7) Seven Township (7) Seven Range (67) Sixty Seven West and
running due east between Sections 7 and 18, 8 -and 17 to the SE corner
of Section (8) Eight and from there Sotith one mile to SE corner of Sec-
tion (17) . To give the residents an outlet both South and East.
Said road to be not less than sixty(60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described, and
we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us
each and severally in hand paid by the said County of__. T L`-e—Xnlv- , the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give the right of way through
our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof.
