RE: AUTHORIZATION AND APPROVAL OF SALE OF LOTS 9 , 10 , AND

sum of SIXTY DOLLARS ($60. 00) for Lots 9 , 10 and 11, Block 4 ,

r WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deem it advisable and in the best interest of Weld
County, Colorado to sell said lots to the aforesaid David E.
Willich and Janet C. Willich for the sum of $60. 00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Weld County accept the
bid of $60. 00 for the aforementioned lots as submitted by David
E. Willich and Janet C. Willich.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
June, A.D. , 1977 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 29th day of June , A.D. , 1977.
