RESOLUTION
RE: IN THE MATTER OF THE NEW WELD COUNTY SERVICES BUILDING
WHEREAS, heretofore and on January 22, 1975, by Resolution, the
Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, did place all Weld
County employees on a uniform 40 hour a week basis, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it would be in the best
interests of the County and for the convenience of the public to adopt a uniform
policy pertaining to the hours that the new Weld County Services Building
should be open to the general public for transacting of County business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, and it hereby orders that, begin-
ning with the official opening of the new Weld County Services Building, said
building shall be open for the transaction of business from 8:00 A. M. until
5:00 P. M. during each working day.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the hereinabove mentioned
regulation shall remain in effect until further Order of the Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of September
