RE: CREATING THE WELD COUNTY EMERGENCY REVOLVING
CASH FUND ACCOUNT IN THE AMOUNT OF NOT MORE THAN
TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2, 500. 00).
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County Com-
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that there is a need for an emergency
cash revolving fund in the amount of not more than Two Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($2, 500. 00) be established, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that there has been a need
to establish an emergency cash revolving fund to benefit Weld County
Departments, and
WHEREAS, it shall be specifically understood that all disburse-
ments must be reimbursed in toto, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of
the County to establish such emergency cash revolving fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that until further order of the
Board, an emergency cash revolving fund, entitled the Weld County Emergency
Revolving Cash Fund Account, is hereby established and that such account
shall not exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2, 500. 00) at any one
time; and that the County Finance Officer shall be responsible for all
receipts, disbursements and reimbursements in the administration of said
fund.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of May, A. D. ,
1976.
