The Longs Peak Water District provides domestic water service to 13941 Elmore Road,
Longmont, CO, 80504, via one standard 5/8" x 3/4" residential water tap. Service is provided in
accordance with District Bylaws, Policies and Regulations, is permanent in nature and is a fully -
functioning water tap without restrictions.
It is my understanding that "evidence of an adequate water supply" for this property is
required as part of a Change of Zone Application currently being submitted to Weld County. Please
consider this letter as such evidence.
