The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division is in receipt of a Letter of
Intent for the Use and Distribution of Biosolids for the above referenced site from Liquid Waste Management Inc.
Per the requirements of the Biosolids Regulation (5 CCR 1002-64, 64.B) a determination as to the completeness of the
Letter of Intent will be made within 30 days of the date of this letter. You should have received a copy of the Letter of
Intent from Liquid Waste Management Inc. Please notify me otherwise.
Please call me at (303) 691-4091 within 15 days of the date of this letter with questions, concerns or comments you may
have or with deficiencies you may have found in the Letter of Intent.
