RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jim Rohn be appointed to said board as the
District 1 representative, to replace Eric Whitwood, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kenneth Andrews be reappointed to said
board as the District 3 representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jim Rohn and to reappoint Kenneth
Andrews to said board, with terms to expire May 23, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jim Rohn and Kenneth Andrews be, and hereby are, appointed and
reappointed, respectively, to the Board of Public Health, with terms to expire May 23, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of August, A.D., 2013.
