DECLARATION OF ABANDONMENT AND QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, a corporation
of the State of Utah, hereby declares (1) that the lands here-
inafter quitclaimed were acquired, or reserved in prior deeds,
by it for railroad right of way purposes; (2) that the same
were at all times subject to reversion or extinguishment in
the event of a permanent abandonment thereof for railroad right
of way purposes, and (3) that it has permanently abandoned said
lands for railroad right of way purposes.
WHEREFORE; Union Pacific Railroad Company disclaims
any and all right, title and interest in and to the lands de-
scribed in Exhibit A, hereto attached, and remises, releases
and forever quitclaims unto the owner or owners of the rever-
sionary interest therein or unto the owner or owners of the
fee, title therein, as their several interests may appear, the

Estate of Ruth Irene Johnston, deceased, Grantor, to the Ruth Irene Johnston
Disclaimer Trust created under Last Will and Testament Dated September 21. 2005,

WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of the above -named decedent was
made and duly executed in the lifetime of the decedent and Is dated September 21,
