RE: RE-APPOINTMENT OF H. GORDON JOHNSON AS MEMBER OF THE WELD
COUNTY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT BOARD FOR A TERM EXPIRING
JULY 1, 1980.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Weld County Municipal
Airport Board, due to the expiration of the term of H. Gordon
Johnson, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners has re-selected
H. Gordon Johnson to fill said vacancy for a term expiring July 1,
1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that H. Gordon Johnson be,
and hereby is re-appointed as a member of the Weld County Municipal
Airport Board for a term expiring July 1, 1980.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of
July, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 11th day of July, A.D. , 1977 .
