Question : Noble -Gravel Draw 24-30H NI Good Morning Adam Tammy Waters in the office of the Clerk to the Weld County Board of County Commissioner's referred a question to me as to the above division order which was sent to her by Noble. The lease Weld County has for Section 30 was entered into by the County with Robert Julander. That lease was not assigned to Carrizo, although several other leases were so assigned. The only operating agreement I could find between Noble and Mr. Julander is attached and it does not cover Section 30. Records indicate that Mr. Julander has died.
