RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 107 -
2 DAVID H. ADOLPH, ET AL.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of October, 1979, the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado adopted a resolu-
tion approving Subdivision Exemption No. 107 for David H. Adolph,
et al. , and

r- WHEREAS, David H. Adolph, et al. , have requested that said
Subdivision Exemption No. 107 be amended due to a technical error.
The access to the land being deeded to the Department of Wildlife
was not included in the survey, and
WHEREAS, said amendment would change one bearing and three
measurements on the legal description and would slightly decrease
the acreage of the parcel to be retained by Mr. Adolph, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request of David H. Adolph, et al. , and finds that said amendment
to Subdivision Exemption No. 107 should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment to Subdivi-
sion Exemption No. 107 as hereinabove stated be, and hereby is,
approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of
December, A.D. , 1979.

RE: Amendment to Subdivision Exemption #107
Dear Commissioners :
The attached materials are in reference to a request to amend Subdivision
Exemption #107 from David H. Adolph, et al. The property is described
as Pt. S1, Section 21 , T5N, R65W of the 6th p.m. , Weld County, Colorado.
This property is located adjacent to the east side of the South Platte
River at 37th Street (County Road 54) east of Evans .
The request is to amend Subdivision Exemption #107 is due to a technical
error; access to the land being deeded to the Department of Wildlife
was not included in the Survey. This includes the existing driveway
to the parking lot. The amendment would change one bearing and three
measurements on the legal description and slightly decrease the acreage
of the parcel Mr. Adolph is retaining.
Based upon the information submitted, the Department of Planning Services
recommends approval of this requested amendment since the impact would
not appear to be any different than the original request which has
already been approved.

Dear Sirs:
Subject: Amending Subdivision exemption # 107
Due to a technical error, access to the land being deeded
to the Department of Wildlife was not included in the
Survey. This includes the existing driveway to the
parking lot . We need to change the measurements on the
legal description, These are shown on the plat plan
included. It amounts to three measurements and in no
way affects the remaining property.
