RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Pike, Susan Collins, and Sandy
Magnuson, be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint William Pike, Susan Collins, and
Sandy Magnuson to said board, all with terms to expire January 31, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that William Pike, Susan Collins, and Sandy Magnuson be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, all with terms to expire January 31, 2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 30th day of January, A.D., 2013.
