RE: APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR OF THE WELD COUNTY AMBULANCE
SERVICE, JERRY WONES .
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy has existed in the office of the Director
of the Weld County Ambulance Service due to the resignation of
the Director of the Weld County Ambulance Service, and
WHEREAS , on the 8th day of June, 1977 , at the regularly
scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners , an
acting director was appointed until a full-time director could
be employed, and
WHEREAS , JERRY WONES has been offered the position of
Director of the Weld County Ambulance Service by the Board of
County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that JERRY WONES be, and
hereby is , appointed as the permanent Director of the Weld County
Ambulance Service.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
August, A. D. , 1977 .
