East and West bound traffic would be stopped on CR 36 at CR 3. The traffic count for CR 36 was taken in August 2013 with an AADT of 78. The traffic count for CR 3 was taken in July 2013 with an AADT of 121; both county roads are gravel roads. The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) section 2B.04 suggests that stop signs should be placed at an intersection of a less important road with a main road where application of the normal right-of-way rule would not be expected to provide reasonable compliance with the law. Public Works recommends that traffic be stopped on CR 36 & CR 3 in the East and West bound directions. 2013-2565 September 6, 2013 C:\Users\sbrown\AppData\Local\MicrosoftlWindows\Temporary Internet Files \Content.Outlook\3 I6RN7MX\BOCC 090613 SS.DOC Hello
