MEMBER, WELD COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH
TERM EXPIRES MAY 23, 1980:
WHEREAS, a vacancy does now exist on the Weld County
Board of Health, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Mr . William L.
Blick be appointed to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mr. William
L. Blick of Roggen, Colorado, be and he is hereby appointed for
a term of five years, beginning as of this date and ending May
23 , 1980 .
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this

day of June , 1975.
