Design Coordination Meeting
October 23, 1975
Held At The Office of CNC/NHPQ
In Attendance:
Mr. Barton Buss, Weld County Mr. Bob Shreve, CNC/NHPQ
Mr. Pete Boer, CNC/NHPQ Mr. Jerry Pope, HPCC
Mr. Jim Sibert, HPCC Mr. Bob Higgins, HPCC
In the meeting held on October 23, 1975 the following items were discussed:
Item No. 1: The computer room and adjacent area security could be achieved
by providing a lock on door 347 and 353A under separate keying. It was
suggested that door No. 344 into the computer room should automatically
lock when closed. Pete Boer will research and present possible alternatives
in the near future.
Item No. 2: General review and discussion on the furniture layout in the Data
Processing area and adjacent offices. Computer room equipment layout should
be available within the next six to eight weeks.
Item No. 3: Temporary waterproofing will be required on the exposed area
of first floor deck. Jim Sibert will obtain waterproofing recommendation
and cost estimates from Douglass Roofing Company.
Item No. 4: Availability of funds is not a problem for the exterior site and
tunnel work. Jerry Pope recommends that the site work bid package be broken
down into individual bid items such as footings and walls, sidewalks, curb
and gutter, etc. to encourage local participation.
Item No. 5: The 2nd Floor Courthouse Remodeling work bids received October
21, 1975 were reviewed. The revised estimated cost for this work excluding
A/E fees is $144,938.00.
Additional Items: The next Coordination Meeting will be held at the offices
of CNC/NHPQ on November 21, 1975 at 8:00 A.M.
