Chicago Title Company of Colorado was provided a copy of the "Certificate of Conveyances" form from Weld
County Department of Planning Services. Robert Terrell of Chicago Title Company of Colorado indicated that he
was unable to sign the "Certificate of Conveyances" form from Weld County, because the form is "not a product
registered with the Insurance Commission". In lieu of a signed "Certificate of Conveyances" from Chicago Title
Company of Colorado, the title company provided a chain of deeds from November 17th, 1944 to the present date
for the subject property. A copy of each deed, from 1944 to the present date is included herein.
I, Richard L. Miller, AICP, hereby certifies that Chicago Title Company of Colorado, has made a careful search of its
records, and finds that the following conveyances affecting the real estate described herein since August 30, 1972,
and the most recent deed prior to August 30, 1972.
