Robert Terrell of Chicago Title Company of Colorado indicated that he was unable to sign the "Certificate of Conveyances" form from Weld County, because the form is "not a product registered with the Insurance Commission". In lieu of a signed "Certificate of Conveyances" from Chicago Title Company of Colorado, the title company provided a chain of deeds from November 17th, 1944 to the present date for the subject property. A copy of each deed, from 1944 to the present date is included herein. I, Richard L.
