WHEREAS, heretofore and on July 16, 1974, an Underground
Utility Permit #1048 was issued by Weld County Colorado to Colorado
Interstate Corporation and the fee of Six Hundred Seventy-nine and 62/100
Dollars ($679. 62) was charged representing Weld County's estimated
cost to process the job, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated to be done by Weld County, Colo-
rado, in accordance with the aforementioned permit was done by others
and not by Weld County, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, did expend the total sum of Twenty-four
and 58/100 Dollars ($24. 58) ONLY in actual expenses in processing said
permit, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineering Department has recommended
that the sum of Six Hundred Fifty-five and 04/100 Dollars ($655. 04) representing
the balance of the unused permit fee be refunded to Colorado Interstate Corpora-
tion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Com-
missioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer, Francis
M. Loustalet, be, and he hereby is authorized to refund to Colorado Interstate
Corporation the sum of Six Hundred Fifty-five and 04/100 Dollars ($655. 04)
representing the unused portion of monies not expended by Weld County in pro-
cessing the aforementioned permit fee.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of May, A. D. ,
1975.
