RE: Assignment Letter: Weld County Oil & Gas Lease 2010-2359/LE0095 covering lands in T8N-
R66W Sec. 24 E/2SE/4, Weld County, Colorado.
Dear Karla:
Bold Resources, LLC acquired the captioned Oil & Gas Lease from Weld County on October 6, 2010. Pursuant
to Paragraph 9 of said Oil & Gas Lease, Bold Resources, LLC requests the consent of the Board of County
Commissioners of the County of Weld to assign the lease and all of the lands covered thereby to Bill Barrett
Corporation, effective October 26, 2010. I have enclosed a check for $25.00 as the required fee for your written
consent.
Please execute this letter in the space provided to indicate your written approval and consent to the assignment
and transfer of the Oil & Gas Lease as provided above and return it to me in the enclosed envelope.
