This letter is being submitted on behalf of Anadarko Land Corp.. Anadarko I', P Onshore
I,LC (together the "Anadarko entities.). and Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore 12 ("KMG ") with
respect to the application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit to
operate a child care services business that has been submitted to Weld County by Jennifer Jaquish
("Applicant") Tor the property located in part of the SW/'I of Section 18. Township 2 North. Range 67
West in Weld County.
The Anadarko Nntities together own part of the mineral interests, including the oil and gas and
coal. that underlie the Property. and Kerr-McGee owns certain oil and gas leasehold interests in the
Property and operates hells in Section 18 with rights to drill additional wells and further develop its oil
and gas leasehold interests.
The Anadarko entities and KMG do not object to the Applicant's IJSR application approval
providing it conforms to the information contained in the application. Please note that although the
Anadarko entities and K\-IG do not object to this I ISR application. we continue to assert our rights to
develop our mineral interests and to make reasonable use of the surface of the properly to develop our
oil and gas leasehold.
