COMMISSIONERS
The Division has received an application to renew the above permit/certification. It has been determined
that there is sufficient information to make this permit/certification eligible for renewal. More information
may be requested by the Division as progress is made in developing a new permit/certification for the
above listed facility. This information must be made available to the Division when requested to complete
the permit process.
The Division is currently in the process of developing a new master general permit and associated
certification for the above permitted facility. The development and review procedures required by law
have not yet been completed. When the discharge permit certification issued to you for your facility
expires on March 9, 2013 your permit is administratively continued and remains in effect under Section
104(7) of the Administrative Procedures Act, C.R.S. 1973, 24-4-101, et seq (1982 repl. vol. 10) until the
new permit/certification is issued and effective.
All effluent permit terms and conditions in your current permit will remain in effect until your new
permit/certification is issued and effective.
PLEASE KEEP THIS LETTER WITH YOUR PERMIT CERTIFICATION TO SHOW
CONTINUATION OF PERMIT COVERAGE.
