RE: APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR REVIEW OF DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PERTAINING TO POTABLE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FACILITIES IN
PIERCE, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a representative of the Weld County Department of
Planning Services has reviewed the request pertaining to potable
water supply facilities for the Town of Pierce. Said repre-
sentative has confirmed that said system proposed has been
included in the A-95 review and is compatible with the Town of
Pierce' s Comprehensive Plan, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Weld County Depart-
ment of Planning Services that said Request for Review of
Drawings and Specifications Pertaining to Potable Water Supply
System Facilities in Pierce, Colorado, be approved by the Board
of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the Department of
Planning Services, the Board of County Commissioners deems it
advisable and in the best interest of Weld County to approve
the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned
system, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said Board that the approval
be recommended to the Colorado Department of Health and that
the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners is hereby
authorized to sign the same.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
February, A.D. , 1978.

this facility to area-wide plan, (b) flood plain data, (c) provision for
maintenance and operation of the facility, (d) legal status (district,
