To Whom It May Concern:
I'm writing concerning the USR permit submitted by Interra, LLC for Roth
Enterprises, Inc. at 24159 WCR 53 in Kersey, CO 80644. We border this property
and have spoken with the Roth's regarding the use of this land. We are concerned
that the county may require the Roth's to put "screening" fences in place around the
property and are concerned that non-agricultural fences would not be conducive to
livestock contained in areas boarding this property.
In addition to livestock concerns, we would like county representatives to know that
we are the closest neighbor to this site and are not in any way concerned about
seeing our neighbor's vehicles, equipment, dumpster or other items in the yard. We
strongly urge the county to look at the property and make a decision that will keep
the agricultural fences in place.
