RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF STRYKER POWER COT TO WELD
COUNTY CORONER, BY NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER INC. BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, North Colorado Medical Center Inc. Board, has donated Stryker Power Cot to
the Weld County Coroner and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept all donations via Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the donation of Stryker Power Cot by North Colorado Medical Center Inc.
Board be, and hereby is, accepted and designated for use by the Weld County Coroner.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this Resolution, along with a
letter of appreciation, be forwarded to North Colorado Medical Center Inc. Board.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 20th day of November, A.D., 2013.
