KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE E`SENTS, That the undersigned,

for the consideration of One Dollar ($1 . 00) and other valuable considerations,
in hand paid, hereby sell and convey to WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, the
right of way for a public highway over and across the following real property
situate in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:

A strip of ground 60 feet in width located in the Southeast Quarter
(SEj'--) of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th
P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the South Quarter Corner (SI Cor) of said Section
16, and considering the South line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 4)
of said Section 16 as bearing North 90°00'00" East, with all
other bearings contained herein being relative thereto;
Thence North 90°00'00" East, along the South line of the South-
east Quarter (SE,'--) of said Section 16, 516. 30 feet;
Thence North 00°00'00" East, 75. 00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;
Thence continuing North 00°00'00" East, 564. 66 feet;
Thence along the arc of a curve to the right havinca radius of
530. 00 feet and a long chord which bears North 03 30'00" East,
64. 71 feet;
Thence North 07°00'00" East, 102, 94 feet;
Thence along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of
470. 00 feet and a long chord which bears North 03°30'00" East,
57. 39 feet;
Thence North 90°00'00" East, 60. 00 feet;
Thence along the arc of a curve to the right havin%a radius of
530. 00 feet and a long chord which bears South 03 30'00" West,
64. 71 feet;
Thence South 07°00'00" West, 102. 94 feet;
Thence along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of
470 feet and a long chord which bears South 03°30'00" West,
57. 39 feet;
Thence South 00°00'00" West, 564. 66 feet;
Thence South 90°00'00" West, 60. 00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
Said strip of ground contains 1. 088 acres, more or less.
There is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference plat
designated Exhibit A, prepared by Jasper Freese , Engineering Consultant
of Greeley, Colorado, dated April 4, , 1976, showing the lines
of the right of way hereby granted to the grantee.
The consideration herein stated is in full compensation for all damages
which would be considered and assessed in any award or verdict in a pro-
ceeding under the Statutes of Colorado, to condemn said strip of land for
public road.
