It is hard to believe you would waste your time and Weld County time with your
secession from Colorado. To quote Larimer Commission Chairman Steve Johnson, "I
think this is the stupidest thing I've seen in a long time.
This is likely to put Weld County along with Colorado of the most backward state in the
union.
Everyone I have spoken to is shocked that you would harm the reputation of Weld
County.
