On May 30, 2013, only one bid was opened for the 2013 Emulsion Dust Control Agent supply. The one bid was
submitted by Cobitco Inc, from Denver, Colorado. The purchase and delivery price (item #2) from Cobitco is $59,892.00,
the budget amount for 2013 was $80,000.00.
This material will be used on some of the 2013 HRP Construction projects.
It is our recommendation to award this contract to Cobitco Inc, for a total amount of $59,892.00.
