Gentlemen:
We hereby respectfully submit for your review preliminary plans
and cost figures for the library expansion project.
Because of a flexible floor plan layout and an economical design
in general, it was possible to follow the library building
program to the greatest extent.
The plans have been reviewed by the library director, the
library staff and the library board.
We will proceed with the design development phase upon your
approval of the schematic design plans and cost figures.
