Kerr McGee Oil and Gas OnShore LP (KMG) respectfully asks for a continuance of the hearing with the Board of County
Commissioners from September 25, 2013 for USR13-0033, to the next available hearing. KMG would prefer that Troy
Swain, representative with the Department of Public Health and Environment, be in attendance. Mr. Swain has indicated
that he will not be available to attend the hearing scheduled on September 25.

Subject: Continuance of Case No. USR13-0033
Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas OnShore, LP
Date: September 25, 2013
The applicant, Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas OnShore, LP, requests a continuance of their land use
case for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for Mineral Resource
Development Facilities, Oil and Gas Support Facility (Class II Oilfield Waste Disposal Facility -
Saltwater Injection Facility) and one (1) communications tower seventy (70) feet in height in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District to a date when Mr. Troy Swain, Department of Environmental
Health would be available for the hearing.
The Department of Planning Services on behalf of the applicant, requests that the Board of
County Commissioner hearing scheduled for today, be continued to the Board of County
Commissioner October 23, 2013 hearing docket.
