• NOBLE suggests this application meets the code requirements
of Sections 23-2-260 and all requirements in 23-2-220
related to a Mineral Resource Development Facility
• Consistent with Chapter 22 code provisions
• Consistent with the intent of the AGRICULTURAL zone district
• Proposed use is compatible with the existing surrounding land uses
• Use is permitted with a USR in the Agriculture Zone district
• Compatible with future development in the area
• Provides for the protection of Health, Safety & Welfare for the County
residents
• NOBLE agrees to comply with the development conditions and
development standards listed outlined in the Weld County
Code with the exception of the `screening p/an'condition
required prior to recordation of the USR plat.
