RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR PETERSON/ALEXANDER SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Peterson/Alexander Subdivision
has been submitted to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado for approval in accordance with the Subdivision
Regulations of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the
testimony and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Plan-
ning Commission, as submitted and finds that said Final Plat
should be approved provided the applicant accomplishes the fol-
lowing prior to recording the Final Plat:
1. The applicant pay a fee in the amount of
$1,634 . 00 in lieu of land required for
public sites and/or open spaces .
2 . The applicant submit a certificate of
deposit for the total amount for street
grading, street base, street paving and
engineering and supervision costs , the
costs not related to water.
3. No building permits be issued until the
water system is installed and approved
by the City of Greeley.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that the
Final Plat conforms in all major aspects to the Preliminary Plat
as previously reviewed and approved by the Board of County Com-
missioners , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners further finds
that the applicant has complied with the Final Plat submission
requirements as set forth in the Weld County Subdivision Regulations.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Final Plat of
Peterson/Alexander Subdivision described in "Exhibit A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference be, and hereby is,
approved subject to the Development Standards as shown on said
Final Plat and the three (3) conditions as set forth above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
April, A.D. , 1979.

A parcel of land located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 16,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , County of Weld,
State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Section 16 , and consi-
dering the West line of said Southwest Quarter of Section 16 as
bearing North 00°05 ' 30" West, with all other bearings contained
herein relative thereto;
Thence North 00°05 ' 30" West, along said West line, 220 .31 feet
to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence North 89°54 ' 30" East, 26. 98 feet;
Thence South 31°35 ' 45" East, 141. 30 feet;
